System owner (buyer) will able to create multiple properties and can select property type. After that system owner can create contractor for each property
Contractor should belongs to a category like Plumber, Electrician, Builder, Pool cleaners, Garden maintenance, Data & Security, Electrical, Fire Safety, Handyman etc.
Each contractor will responsible for his work
while creating a contractor we enter address , the google map pointer automatically sets according to location on map. property: One owner can creates multiple properties soe while creating property admin can set that this property should be a default property.Default property means whenever you login into dashboard you will work against that property, You can also change working property after loggedin to dashboard by click on change property list and then select using radio button. House keeper management: house keeper are responsible for taking work from contractors,system owner assign floor number and room number to each house keeper. After login to the system Hosue keeper enter information about a task which is completed by the team of contractor or from a single contractor, the house keeper notes time and save data, our system generate time graph on it and also display list of users who completed this task like cleaning or room management also with floor number and room number etc House keeper dashboard page display staticsts about house keeper that how many tasks are completed by his team. Table will also show data about completed and un completed tasks. Next moduel of the project is "Body Carporate Reports". This module has 7 sub moduels wich are following: 1) Projects & Improvements 2) Repairs and maintenance 3) Car Parking and Governance 4) Quotes & Approvals 5) Lost & Found or Damaged 6) Combine Reports 7) View All Combine Reports. Detail description of each module is as follow. 1) Projects & Improvements: This report will submit about the improvements required in property like need paint in room or some construction related work in floor number 3 etc. 2) Repairs and maintenance: This report will contain informatin about Repairs and maintenance like door repairs or wall maintenance etc or repair bed in room. 3) Car Parking and Governance: This report contains information about parking area like hoter parking or information about parking area in front of restaurants. 4) Lost & Found or Damaged: This report contains information about any thing lost or damaged in property. 5)Combine Reports: In this section we combine multiple reports into a single report like a book using pdf with content page. Next moduel of the project is "Property Manager Reports". This module has following sub moduels: 1) Entry Condition: whenever a new person or family takes property for rent so at that time a contracat sign which contains information about contract , so this entry condition report contains information about that contract, Also contains the information about the preset condition of items which are being used by the guest , information about floor number and room number. 2) Exit Condition: This report contains information about the leaving date and either the guest leave the property before contracted date or not, signature of both parties, condition of items are used by the guest during thire living time in particular property. information about floor number and room number. Category Management: Each report in "Body Carporate Reports" and "Property Manager Reports" should belongs to a category. In this module we create new category and list all of those categories, each system owner cretes his own categores and then reports will submit according to categroy. Some categories examples are following: Projects & Improvements, Repairs and maintenance, Car Parking and Governance, Quotes & Approvals, Lost & Found or Damaged, entry condition, exit condition. Users Feedback: At exit time guests gives feedback about the hoter or restaurants or any other type of property so this section contains information about feedbacks,feedback listing along with category. Upload Documents: Every country has its own laws, rules and regulations and legal documents that contains information about rent relates laws etc, so those documents can be uploaded in this section. Visitor QR Registration: At property creation time a QR code generates so any visitor can scan that QR code to register him/her self to apply for property rent. Subscription: Stripe payment gateway is used to buy this system.
